6. Subscription and Payments

6.1 Free Tier

We offer a free tier with limited features, including a limited number of AI credits and workspaces.

6.2 Pro Subscription

Additional features are available through our Pro subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CheckMake and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you create using our Service. By using our Service, you grant us a license to store and process your content to provide the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHECKMATE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting a notice on our Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
